AGENCY OR FREELANCER?

One of the big questions that the group that is just starting to ask is this: “Should I work in a web agency or should I work as a Freelancer?”! Then it will depend on what you are looking for! Both have positive and negative points! Working in an agency, you would, in theory, have support from the most experienced programmers and / or designers and could pick up big tricks or balconies with them! In return, working as a Freelancer, you can dedicate yourself to what you are best at, and become really good at what you like to do! However, without the help of more experienced people! Unless you have a good relationship in Discussion Forums or the friendship of other professionals like you!


One thing that I honestly think is "small" on the part of certain people, is to have the knowledge and not pass it on, for fear that you will become better than him! I think this is a merit that it is better than me!

I could never write anything or record video lessons, but I like to pass on knowledge, and I'm sure (God willing I'm right! Lol) that when I die, I won't create websites wherever I go! But back to the topic, this is just one of the big differences between Agency and Freelancer. As a Freelancer, you create your schedules, your routine, and what you want to sell to your customers. In an Agency, you have fixed hours, predetermined work and a "boss". As a freelancer, sometimes you have dozens of “bosses”, because each client has a need, an urgency and a style to treat you!
